1 - Definitions
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following definitions apply:

Portal: Designates the electronic address http://www.nosdocroche.com.br and its subdomains.
Visitor: Anyone who browses the Portal.
User: Visitors who are authenticated in the Portal system.
Web beacons: Programming lines in HTML pages whose purpose is to obtain details of the user's navigation, such as how long the site was open, which address was then visited, among others.
2 - Obtaining data and information
2.1 - Data and information will be obtained when Visitors interact with the various functionalities existing on the Portal, providing the information voluntarily, as in the "Service Center" section for example.
3 - Storage of Data and Information
3.2 - All data and information collected from the Visitors will be incorporated into the Portal's database, and Nós do Crochê will be responsible for it.
3.2 - The data and information collected will be stored in a safe environment, observing the state of the available technique, and can only be accessed by qualified and authorized people by Nós do Crochê.

c) Constitute, defend or regularly exercise legal or administrative rights;

g) Inform about news, promotions and events from Nós do Crochê and its commercial partners.
4.2 - The database collected by Portal Nós do Crochê will not be shared, sold, assigned, transferred, informed or rented to third parties.
4.3 - The acquired data can only be accessed by professionals duly authorized by Nós do Crochê, respecting the need to which they will be submitted, the relevance to the objectives of the Portal and the interests of users, in addition to preserving the privacy of users.
4.4 - If the User ceases to use the services offered by the Portal, Nós do Crochê may, for purposes of auditing and preservation of rights, keep the record of their data and information, for a maximum period of 5 (five) years, with the faculty of definitively excluding them according to its convenience.

7 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
7.1 - This Privacy Policy will be interpreted in accordance with Brazilian legislation, in the Portuguese language, with the Judicial District of Rio de Janeiro being elected in the state of Rio de Janeiro to settle any dispute, question or supervening doubt, with express waiver of any other , however privileged it may be.
