Our store accepts as payment methods:

Credit cards - with interest-free installments in up to 2 installments or up to 6 interest-bearing installments on behalf of the buyer.
Boleto - in cash, with 5% discount.
Pix - cash, 5% discount.


The deadlines for clearing payments vary according to the payment method used:

Credit cards - up to 48 (forty eight) hours for approval.
Boleto - up to 72 (seventy-two) hours for approval.
Pix - up to 1 hour for approval.
Payments and anti-fraud analysis are processed by Nuvem Pago.

 

Shipments

The deadline for sending orders begins with the approval of payment by the intermediary.

All of our shipments are carried out through Melhor Envios, which automatically issues communications about the progress of deliveries to buyers.

 

What to do if you don't receive your order?
