General Rules for Exchanges & Returns:

According to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code in force in Brazil, the deadline for exchanging the purchase or product is up to 7 calendar days, from the day after your order was delivered.

The product will only be exchanged if it is in accordance with how it left our stock: the product in the original packaging with the manual and all accessories, without signs of misuse.

In order to carry out the exchange, it is necessary that the product returns to stock, where it will be analyzed by the responsible team, which will perform a screening. The return period for information is 4 working days after confirmation of receipt of the request.

The product will be analyzed and, if it does not comply with the aforementioned rules, it will be returned without notice;

The total exchange time may vary according to the region where the product will be collected and delivered or even the day this item was posted at the Post Office;

If the product is no longer available in our stock, a credit will be generated in the form of a discount coupon, so you can make a new purchase.

We advise that the packaging that involves the product to transport it must be preserved for the return, the product must be protected so that there is no damage during transport.

In the objects delivered by the postal service, a postage authorization will be generated for the return and in products delivered by carriers, a collection will be requested at the same address where the delivery was made.

FAILURES

Heads up! It is important to check the packaging and product(s) when you receive the order.

If your order is delivered by the carrier, check with the delivery person at the time.

So you guarantee that everything will be in order with what you bought. If you or the person receiving the package notices a defect in the packaging or product at the time of delivery, you can refuse and make a note on the back of the invoice or proof of delivery explaining what you noticed strange. After you decline, notify the Call Center staff so they can follow up.

If delivery takes place by post and the damage is not apparent on the packaging, the exchange can be requested by e-mail where in the subject field it must contain the order number and in the body a photo of the product showing the damage.

PRODUCT DOES NOT COME TO ORDER

Did you receive a product different from what you ordered?

If you notice this at the time of delivery, refuse receipt and make a note on the back of the invoice or proof of delivery explaining the problem. Once you have done this, contact the Service Center.

But if you only notice after receiving the package, please contact the Service Center immediately (and within 7 calendar days!).
